Unfortunately, Desert Ketamine Clinic does not accept any kinds of insurance for any of its treatments. Most of the treatments are considered “off-label” and are therefore not a covered benefit. All patients are required to make payment for services “out of pocket” at the time services are rendered. A receipt will gladly be provided if patients would like to seek reimbursement from insurance companies on their own.
